Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and any import taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location.

When will I receive my ring?

If you ordered the Virtusan Ring, it typically ships within 3–5 business days. Most customers receive it within 7–14 days.

If you pre-ordered the Virtusan Ring 360, you’ll receive updates by email regarding the shipping as production progresses.

What’s your return and warranty policy?

You can return unused rings within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as they are in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the product is defective.

All rings come with a one-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects and battery malfunctions, but not wear and tear or accidental damage.

Orders

How does payment work for pre-orders?

For the Virtusan Ring 360, you pay 50% upfront to reserve your ring. The remaining 50% is charged when your ring is ready to ship. You’ll receive two confirmation emails—one when the first payment goes through and another when the final payment is processed.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes—if your ring hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us at support@virtusan.com to request changes or a cancellation.

How do I track my order?

Once your ring ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

What if my ring is lost during shipping?

Please contact us immediately if your package is missing. We’ll work with our shipping partners to investigate and resolve the issue.

What does the Virtusan Ring 360 track?

The ring tracks ECG, blood pressure, HRV, heart rate, sleep stages (light, deep, and REM), stress scores, SpO2, and movement. These metrics power your BioAge score and inform personalized protocol recommendations in the app.

What is BioAge?

BioAge reflects how well your body is functioning compared to your actual age. It’s calculated weekly using your biometric data and helps you track progress toward a longer healthspan.

Is the Virtusan App free?

Yes. The app is free to download and includes access to a selection of core wellness content. Premium features require a subscription—or are included free with the Virtusan Ring 360 for 18 months. Check the app out here: iOS & Android.

 Do I need the ring to use the app?

No, but the ring unlocks key features like BioAge, biometric health data tracking, and personalized daily health stats. Without it, you can still access selected protocols and educational content.

What makes Virtusan unique?

The number one differentiation is our science-backed protocols in our app—curated by scientists such as Andrew Huberman, Shauna Shapiro, and David Sinclair. We have 200+ pieces of educational content, a very long battery life for the ring, and a dedicated team working to add more and more content over the next year.

Premium includes BioAge tracking, personalized protocol suggestions, and full access to our expert-led wellness library, covering sleep, longevity, mindfulness, and more.

Is Premium access included with the ring?

Yes. The Virtusan Ring 360 includes 18 months of free Virtusan Premium access, starting when you pre-order the ring.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Is there a warranty on the ring?

Yes. All Virtusan Rings come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and battery malfunctions. Damage from misuse or wear and tear is not covered.

Is Premium access included with the Virtusan Ring 360?

Yes. The Virtusan Ring 360 comes with 18 months of free Premium access, starting when you activate your ring in the Virtusan App.

Will my Premium access carry over to the Ring 360?

Yes. Premium is tied to your Virtusan account—not your ring. If you still have active Premium from a previous ring, your 18-month access from the Ring 360 will begin once your current period ends.

Can I exchange my original Virtusan Ring for the Ring 360?

We do not offer a trade-in, exchange, or upgrade program between ring generations. However, if your original Virtusan Ring is unused and still within the return window, you may request a return and place a new pre-order for the Virtusan Ring 360.

Will my existing Virtusan account work with the Virtusan Ring 360?

Yes. Once your Ring 360 is paired, you’ll see all your health data, BioAge, and personalized recommendations in the Virtusan App as usual.

Should I order a sizing kit if I already own the Virtusan Ring?

Yes. The sizing for the Virtusan Ring 360 has been optimized for its updated design and sensors. When pre-ordering, you’ll have the option to receive a free sizing kit to confirm your fit before your ring ships.

Can I use the Ring 360 and original Virtusan Ring on the same account?

Yes—but only one ring can be actively paired at a time. You can switch between devices through the Virtusan App.

What's the material of the physical component of Virtusan Ring 360?

Our ring is made of durable titanium with an anti-scratch finish. It's also drop resistant up to 1.8 meters and water resistant.

How accurate is the data?

Very. We have tested our product extensively with other apps and devices, from watches to rings, to ensure that we're on par with what's on the market. Our manufacturing team also has 20+ years developing medical devices, and we're very confident that we're delivering the best of the best on the market to you.

Can Virtusan Ring 360 make diagnoses?

Our app is designed for users to monitor and improve their wellbeing, and in doing so, can potentially detect underlying health conditions. However, it is not a medical diagnosis tool. For accurate diagnosis and treatment, please consult with a healthcare professional.
