If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• The product must be in good condition
• All original packaging, accessories, and included components must be returned
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Gift cards
• Products marked as final sale
• Personalized or customized products
• Items damaged through misuse or improper handling

Exchanges

If you would like a different product or replacement, the fastest solution is to request a return for the original item and place a new order separately once the return is approved.

European Union – 14 Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

To qualify, the product must be returned in its original condition with all included components and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
